    Going the extra mile

    Hazel typically works in the Dallas/Ft Worth area, but I was looking in the Houston area. She agreed to assist me though. She shared listings with me, and we arranged to meet up and view the houses. I lost our first choice, because I was slow making an offer. Lesson learned. The next one I liked; we made an offer immediately and it was accepted. It turned out to be better than the original choice. A few things had to be resolved, but Hazel was there to assist me.     Hazel helped me refinance my home. It was a long-drawn-out situation for a variety of reasons, but she wouldn’t let me give up. She did all she could to assist me. She knew in the long run it would be best for me, because it gave me the opportunity to get rid of my PMI. With no PMI and a lowered interest rate my mortgage payment went down $400.     A Condo I could afford

    I owned a duplex in CA, which I bought decades ago. I wanted to sell it, because I moved to Oklahoma some time ago. Due to my distance, there was some deferred maintenance, and because the property was paid for, I had not raised my rents in years. Also, I had an uncooperative tenant that had to be relocated. Admittedly, I was not the easiest client either, due to other issues I had at the time. However, Hazel persevered, stayed on top of the situation, found me local people to assist, handled everything, and kept me informed every step of the way. The transaction was finally completed.
